The Online to Offline Strategy Group (O2O) is a worker-self-directed nonprofit dedicated to winning structural change by providing training, coaching, and individualized support for social justice and labor organizations to develop organizing and digital strategies to build power and scale their campaigns.
In this webinar, O2O experts Dan and Chloe will present an overview of the defining cases that led to a revolution in digital organizing in the U.S. labor movement context. They’ll outline the key principles of organizing in this area, explaining how objectives were pursued and with which tools and strategies. To win over the skeptics, they’ll explore the role and potential of unions in the current context and address the prevalent myths and misconceptions about organizing in this area. Based on their extensive experience, the speakers will provide tips for emulating effective strategies and best practices, and how to avoid the pitfalls.
